Dear Stiletto,
You are without a doubt an icon of femininity, and a tool every woman should know how to use! When done right, you can be the biggest asset - lengthening the leg, giving off a swagger and presence...but when done wrong, well, we’ve all seen it...it’s just hard to watch.
While you are a killer tool, I know you are not in yourself a leg makeover - that part takes effort on my part, sweat equity and the right work. I hope you will approve of my new workout, aimed specifically to get those lengthy lower limbs taught, toned, strong and ready to strut off in any stilettos.

The Workout:
19 exercises, 1st half - one leg, 2nd half - other leg!
- Plie Sun Salutations, 20 reps
- Tippy Toe Hops, 20 reps
- Plie Pulses, two feet, 20 reps
- One Toe Touches, left, 20 reps
- Standing Stick with toe to heel touches, left, 20 reps
- Vinyasa to Downward Dog
- Downward Dog Hip Drop, 20 reps
- Sitting on Butt thigh bursts (from Physique), 20 reps
- Jump up to Warrior Burst (aka goddess), 20 reps
- Warrior Burst, 20 reps
- One Toe Touches, right, 20 reps
- Standing Stick with toe to heel touches, right, 20 reps
- Vinyasa to Downward Dog
- Downward Dog Hip Drop, 20 reps
- Sitting on Butt thigh bursts (from Physique), 20 reps
- Ballet Bar Pose, left, 20 reps
- Pulse at top
- Ballet Bar Pose, right, 20 reps
- Pulse at top
- Tippy toe hop, 20 reps
