The SUPER SWEAT 290 Total Body Equipment-less Workout
Like most ARfit workouts, all you need is your body for this. I believe in packing as much intensity as you can into the least amount of time! In this workout you are getting cardio, high intensity intervals and total body strength training and toning. When it comes to multi-tasking this workout is the master, it covers all the bases. PLUS you get MORE out of less time because rather than resting between sets you are moving directly into a different exercise, so you’re body is switching gears and working twice as hard.
AND this is a GREAT workout to keep coming back to in order to measure your progress. WHY? Because it is a total of 290 reps (exercise repetitions); the goal is to perform all of the repetitions moving from one exercise to the next with as little recovery in between as possible. Use a stopwatch to time yourself an at the end record how long it took you.
It’s important to challenge yourself! The only limits you have on in your head =)
What You Need: Yourself and a Stopwatch or Gymboss Interval Timer! I recommend investing in a Gymboss Timer, because it's super easy, and you can set it to beep for intervals! ALWAYS time yourself, and you will be able to measure your progress and subconsciously push HARDER!
The Workout: (don’t forget to time yourself)
Squat Jumps - 50 reps
Side Plie Kicks (left)- 30 reps
Barrier Jumps – 30 reps
Side Plie Kicks (right)-30 reps
Burpee Jacks – 15 reps
Plank Kickback -20 reps[10 each leg](bring knee in towards your arms then kick bck and squeeze glutes and extend leg upwards)
Rabbit Jumps – 15 reps
Plank Jacks – 10 reps
Hip Extensions- 50 reps
Jumping Lunges – 40 reps (20 each leg)
You’re Done! And hopefully totally wiped out!
