“I just don’t have time to workout”

We’ve all said it before.

We say “I don’t have time” when life gets busy or when we don’t want to feel guilty about skipping our workout! Let’s be honest, ‘I don’t have time’ is just an excuse, and if that’s the one you prefer to use, that’s ok as long as you are OK with huffing and puffing after a flight of stairs or not feeling your best in a pair of snug fitting jeans!

I creating the following workout for the next time your life gets so insanely busy that you just can’t fathom getting a workout in! This is LESS THAN 5 minutes – and I promise, it will end up making you more energized, productive and focused, so I like to think it actually creates more time for you J

The Workout:

Perform the below and time yourself, then record your time on my facebook or youtube page!

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 squats
  • 10 jump rope jumps (no jump rope necessary)
  • 10 front lunges per leg
  • 10 high knees
  • 10 pushups
  • 10-sec. plank
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 tricep dips
  • 10 jump rope jumps
  • 10 bicycle crunches
  • 10 high knees
  • 10-sec. wall sit

A workout in less than 5 minutes—it’ll give you a little heart rate booster, won’t get you too sweaty, gets you moving, and is guaranteed to improve your mood! Oh and hey, you can do this at the office too!
