The BEST 'On the Road' Workout with Jenna Wolfe!
Welcome to the THIRD workout of our Busy Person Workout Series. This week, Jenna Wolfe from the Today Show shows ME her GO TO Travel workout! She calls this her "travel buddy." This workout can be done anywhere and doesn't require ANY equipment. It is also completely modifiable.
This workout is a great mixture of cardio and strength training. If you want to get a full hour workout, you can do this workout 5-6 times and call it a day!
What You Need:
The best part of this workout is you don't need ANYTHING. You should definitely time yourself and see how long it takes using a Gymboss Interval Timer.
The Workout:
*For the cardio portion, you can try replacing the Front Cardio Kicks with any cardio exercise, such as Inner Heels or Jumping Jacks.
- Front Cardio Kicks (50 Reps)
- Shoulder Side to Sides (15 Reps)
- Front Cardio Kicks (50 Reps)
- Kick Drops (15 Reps)
- Front Cardio Kicks (50 Reps)
- Table Claws (15 Reps)
- Front Cardio Kicks (50 Reps)
- Push-up Claps (15 Reps)
- Front Cardio Kicks (50 Reps)
- Indian Get Ups (15 Reps)
- Front Cardio Kicks (50 Reps)
- Handstand Kicks - Left Leg(15 Reps)
- Handstand Kicks - Right Leg (15 Reps)
- Front Cardio Kicks (50 Reps)
- Dragontail Oblique Side to Side (15 Reps)
