Strapless Dress-Ready Arms- KILLER Arms Workout

It was a pristine, unseasonably warm New York spring day and I stopped on a bench in Manhattan’s ultra fashionable meatpacking district to drink my cappuccino and admire the ‘fashions’ of some of the best (and worst) dressed of the world. Now let me tell you, few, if any, of the ‘fashions’ included anything with sleeves, and it did strike me as surprising how few of the women (and men) had long lean and toned arms. YES, I saw lots of skinny arms, but I didn’t see many of the aspirational Kelly Ripa quality that impress so many.  

This inspired me to focus a workout for JUST this: ARMS! Exceptional toned arms are very simple to achieve, one of the most attainable of all body parts in fact. It is my goal for all of you, my ARfit community to achieve those killer arms. I have put together a workout for you inspired by tube tops and tank dresses everywhere.

The whole workout takes only 14 minutes. All you need is a stopwatch

High Knees – High Arms – 30 seconds

Triangle Push-ups -30 seconds

High Knees – High Arms – 30 seconds

Tricep Dips – 30 seconds

High Knees – High Arms – 30 seconds

Reptile Push-Ups – 30 seconds

High Knees – High Arms – 30 seconds

Left Arm Belly to Dog – 30 seconds

High Knees – High Arms – 30 seconds

Right Arm Belly to Dog- 30seconds

High Knees – High Arms – 30 seconds

Shoulder Plank-Ups-30 seconds

High Knees – High Arms – 30 seconds

Push Ups alternating Arm Touches – 30 seconds

And you’re Done!
