MEGA CALORIE BURN Workout with Katilette & Carlie Stylez

Busy? :) Who isn't??? Don’t let that be an excuse! This workout is LESS THAN 20 MINUTES!! And you can do it ANYWHERE!!! No fancy equipment, no excuses. Both of these gorgeous women have the hardest most important job out there, MOTHERHOOD, not to mention full time jobs, and they found the time, so can YOU!!

What to Do:


Total of 8 exercise in 1 round. The goal is to do each exercise for 45 seconds moving from one to the next with little to no rest in between. One round should take approximately 6 minutes.


Complete this round 3 times for a total of 18 minute + 60 second plank hold at very end!

Push-Ups
Front Kicks
Cardio Burpees
Skaters
Mountain Climbers
Leg Lifts
Jumping Jacks

+ 60 second plank hold at the very end!
