Busy Bride Total Body Workout

This workout was inspired by my good friend and famous designer/mastermind behind BodyRock Sport, an elite line of women’s sportswear, specially designed to combine fitness and fashion (my entire mantra, can you see why Kelly and I get along)?

In fact Kelly was just married herself, and her wedding became one of the most extravagant and highly viewed weddings EVER onSay Yes to the Dress– in fact she was so popular, TLC is now creating a reality show based on Kelly and her husband, fun right?

As I take YOU with me through my own wedding experience and divulge as much ‘how-to’ tips as I can (hopefully you can learn and have fun with me along the way), I enlisted Kelly as my right hand girlfriend to help me through the process. AND while no one is busier than Kelly, she shares my philosophy and ALWAYS makes time for exercise, even if it is just a quickie. We often work out together, we have a blast and so why not bring her on board and we can all workout together!

30 Jumping Jacks

30 High Knees

10 Side Knees

20 Inner Thigh Lifts (on each side)

30 Full Sit Ups

20 Tricep Dips

20 Russian Twists
