BEST Fat Burning Cardio AND Toning Workout

This is my Home, Office or Travel Workout. You can try this workout anywhere, anytime!

Train like a celebrity with this 5-exercise sequence. These are 5 intense moves that will touch every inch of your body. As you know, I believe the BEST way you train your body and get serious results is to combine cardio with bodyweight strength training. 

Some of the best workouts in the world use only your body and are less than 20 minutes long! Why? Because a truly intense workout cannot be sustained for hours at a time, so say good-bye to your endlessly mundane cardio session – contrary to what most people think, this type of workout will breed results faster and make you exponentially more fit(I’m ALL About efficiency and real results).

No excuses, this workout is only 10 minutes of TOTAL exercise time, and can be done ANYWHERE, your office, your hotel room, your living room. 

The key is to get out of your comfort zone and really push it, change happens when you throw your limits away and get a little uncomfortable 

What you Need:

Interval Timer (I use the Gymboss Interval Timer – easiest one for me, it beeps without you having to look at it – you can order one HERE)

Lots of water and a towel to wipe the sweat off the floor!

The Workout:

Do as many reps as you can of each exercise. You have 60 seconds per exercise. Once 60 seconds is up, record the number of reps you completed. Try not to take more than 30-45 seconds recovery between each exercise.

Complete one circuit, take a bit of a longer break (1.5-2minutes) and repeat one more time making sure to record your reps for each interval.

The Circuit:

  • Jumps Ins and Outs
  • Plank Shoulder Ups
  • Knee To Feet Jumps
  • Spiderman Push-Ups
  • Wheel-Ups

Take a break, wipe the sweat off the floor and repeat one more time! And don’t forget to post your reps here below the video in the comments section – I want to see your best #’s for each exercise.
