Hot, Sexy Jump-Rope Workout with StronglikeSusan

You want to get into REALLY good shape? YOU CAN, but the truth is there are no shortcuts! In order too really achieve top fitness you have to really work it, sweat it out and make the time count. NOTHING will get you into shape faster than this incredible jump rope routine!

This is actually an exercise circuit inspired from a boxer’s program and we all know how ridiculously fit boxers are!
So for all of you who ask how to lose weight in the belly, the thighs, the face, I’m telling you this workout will strip you of excess fat while toning all your muscles!

Advice: Wear supportive shoes and if you can buy a jump rope, please get one! (between $6 and $20)!
This workout doesn’t take a lot of space, time or equipment. What it does take is the commitment to do it! In 15 minutes, you will get maximum return in MUCH less time – so take the plunge and just get started!

The Workout

· Skip rope 3 minutes (A round in boxing is three minutes long.)
· 1 minute Ab Crunches
· Skip rope 1 Min
· Push-ups – as many as you can in 1 minute
· Skip rope 1 Min
· Wall squats 1 minute - as many as you can (back against the wall and squat down until your bent with your legs at a 90 degree angle, hold each squat for 5 full seconds)
· Skip 2 minutes ( you can vary your skipping, for ex: 20 seconds normal skip, 5 seconds on one leg, 5 seconds on other leg, repeat 3 more times until you reach 2 min)
· Plank 1 minute
· Skipping jumping jacks 1 minute
· High-knee march 30-60 seconds

You’re DONE!

The entire workout is less than 15 minutes, but it’s an intense 15 minutes. You can get more out of this workout than a steady paced easy 30-40 minutes on the treadmill.
