Green Tea with Lemon + 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers
Note: Add some vinegar and fresh pepper to you cucumbers, or make a cucumber salad by chopping the cucumber and pouring flavored vinegar over top and sprinkling with dill or pepper. You can do this ahead of time, drain the vinegar and keep in the fridge.
Green Tea: You can drink this hot or iced.
