Muffin Top Minimizer with Carlie Butler

We all know that extra padding around our waistline…you know that spare tire  or love handles you’d like to deflate in a hurry? If you’ve watched some of my videos you will know that target exercises alone won’t give you a washboard stomach, it’s a combination of proper diet + high intensity training +  specific muffin top exercises that ill finally help you strip that fat!

Now that you have made it to my site you can stop your endless search of muffin top cures or your endless crunch routine and start doing these workouts, that will actually WORK and be fun! I’ve posted lots of high intensity workouts on Amanda Russell TV

What to do: Do each of the following exercises for 30 seconds, then immediately switch to the next.  If you don’t like the exercise, don’t worry, you only have to do it for 30 seconds – you can do anything for 30 seconds)! If you simply can’t last, that’s OK, just take a break and come back to it, the key is to keep coming back, eventually you will be able to go straight for 8 minutes.

There are a total of 8 exercises, so the cycle takes 4 min. At the end take a break, stretch out your abs and repeat.

Straight Legged Bicycles

I recommend doing this workout twice per week after a cardio session or at the end of your lifting session. OR it’s great on those days when you just don’t have time for a full workout!
