Night on the Town Workout FULL LENGTH

This one could also be an outfit that is budget-friendly, or mid-tier. Another option is to show a clip
of me being out on town at night or is this too intensive for first shoot? May also deviate from
consistent opener of looking through my closet?

If you are anything remotely female or human, you've probably wondered how celebs like Cameron
Diaz and Nicole Kidman REALLY master those sexy sculpted sexy bodies. Luckily, I'm passionately
obsessed with (well, some may say crazy) about mastering this and taking my expertise and sharing it
with YOU. So this one is for all my girlfriends, sisters, and women of the fast life! YES, it will require
you to sweat!

The good news is: it's NOT a lot of time and it costs absolutely nothing. I am giving you the roadmap
here with one of my favorite 'results' workouts, and if you are serious about getting results, get your
head in the game with me and let's knock this out.

Incredible results don't just happen, you need to make them happen, so get up from behind your
computer and do this with me! And, while you're at it, share it, enlist a friend, coworker, family
member, whomever. You will be surprised who would be up for the challenge.

The Workout
Do each of these 6 moves for 1 minute without stopping between exercises. After you've completed
1 round, rest for 60 seconds, then go again. Perform the circuit 3 times (20 minutes & done!). Do this
workout 2-3 times per week with my other wedding workouts on the other days2-3 days. Make sure
you take one rest/recovery day/week!

  • Oblique Jump Ins/Outs
  • SuperMans
  • Twisting Broncos
  • Glute Thrusts
  • Wide Leg High Knees
  • Boat Pose Twists
